Bankruptcy counseling & education . . .
CCCS is approved* by the US Justice Department to provide the required Pre-filing Bankruptcy Counseling Session and Pre-discharge Financial Education Course. In limited income circumstances, fees may be waived. Services will be provided without regard for clients abilty to pay.

- One-on-one counseling session with a Certified Credit Counselor conducted in-person or by telephone
- Receive non-judgmental financial information
- Appoinments are scheduled that last at least an hour

| - Upbeat, informative class outlining budget and credit options (2 hours of class time)
- Scheduled in Northern Colorado and SE Wyoming communities
- Classroom instruction is generally offered on weekday evenings monthly or quarterly in communities served by CCCS
